I have been infatuated with smoothies ever since I received my Ninja Blender for Xmas!! It is phenomenal !! A smoothie is any fruit and or vegetable combo blended with ice (or not) that pleases your palette. My family loves pineapple, so that is a staple in my house as well as kiwi, strawberries, mangos and papaya. You can add your greens from here. We usually add parsley,cilantro,spinach, mint or kale. All have great health benefits and add greens to your diet. Here is an easy recipe to start you off on your Smoothie journey !!
