Smoothies are so fun because you can really make them any way. I love tropical fruits so this is one of my favorites. Of course you can make it to suit your tastes and have fun with it.
1/2 pineapple or 1 cup frozen pineapple
3 slices of ginger
1/3 cup of coconut milk
5 ice cubes
Blend well and ENJOY !!
For Detox benefits try adding: Cilantro, Parsley, Spinach or Kale !!
