Quick (check) Easy (check) Kids will like it (Double Check) !! With the kids being home on a 2 week fall break, I have been looking for snack ideas. This one was right up our alley. Even my pickiest eater and my 1 year old enjoyed. Try this healthy recipe for a great snack.
- Organic Banana sliced (1 to 3 depending on how many people will be eating)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. organic honey
- 1/2 tbsp. water
- Coconut oil (spray or oil)
Mix honey and water in a small bowl. Coat frying pan with cooking spray or oil over medium high heat. Add the bananas and once browned, flip them over and turn the stove off. Add the honey/water mixture to the top of the bananas(be careful ,it will bubble up.) Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and ENJOY !!
