You only need 4 ingredients and a special silicone mold to form them. If you can find a cute mold, that is shaped small like fruit snacks that would be great. As always check your local dollar store for items  like this. Try this easy recipe and your kids (and you) will love it !!

Fruit Snacks

2 1/2 cups strawberries or any fruit of your choice

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 TBSP honey (or agave nectar)

1/2 cup gelatin

You can use fresh or frozen fruit in this recipe. Put the fruit and lemon in a saucepan on medium-low heat until the fruit starts to soften. You can use a handheld blender to puree the fruit, or pour it all into a blender. Set aside to cool for about 5 minutes. Stir in the honey (or agave) . Whisk in the gelatin a little at a time so it doesn’t clump. Once thoroughly mixed, pour into silicone mold. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to let it set. Remove and pop the fruit snacks out the mold. Enjoy !!
