I am a Pinterest junkie and they always have awesome ideas in the DIY category !! I found this awesome detox water that you can use as well as the Sassy Water I posted recently. This one is simple and you can mix it to you own liking !! Check out this easy recipe to give your metabolism a boost .
Apple Cinnamon Water
You will need:
One large Pitcher (1 gallon)
1 Apple (thinly sliced) You can use anything from a Granny Smith to a delicious Fuji)
1 cinnamon stick
Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher (you can same a few slices for your glass if you would like)
and then add cinnamon stick. Add ice to cover the if you’d like,fill the rest with water. Place in the fridge to steep for 10 minutes to 24 hours and you have your own fruit water!
You can refill the pitcher 3 to 4 times with the same fruits !!
Try adding lemons or lime for a healthy boost
You can add raspberries,blue berries,mangos,cherries,herbs,ginger…really anything…the sky is the limit
